StudyLinX Refund Policy
At StudyLinX, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and support to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
- The service purchased was not delivered due to cancellation by StudyLinX.
- The client made a duplicate or accidental payment.
- The service provided was not as agreed, subject to management’s review.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind or withdrawal from a program/service after the service has been initiated.
- Failure to provide required documents or information on time.
- Services already rendered or partially delivered (e.g., consultation sessions, application submissions).
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g., universities, government authorities, embassies).
Refund Request Process
- A client must submit a Refund Request Form within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
- All requests must include proof of payment and accurate account details for the refund transfer.
- Incomplete forms or missing details may result in delays or denial of the request.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- In certain cases, a refund may be issued to a bank account provided by the client.
- Refunds will not be made in cash.
Processing Time
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of submission.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- The client will be notified in writing regarding the decision.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Application fees paid to universities or third parties.
- Visa-related or government processing fees.
- Administrative charges communicated at the time of purchase.
Final Decision
All refund requests are subject to review in line with StudyLinX’s internal policies.
The final decision on refunds rests solely with StudyLinX management. By submitting a refund request, the client agrees to abide by this decision without objection.
